"Sue was wonderful to work with. She was my second agent in Vermont after my first contract on a house fell through at the last minute. She understood time was of the essence, and my must haves versus nice to haves. Ultimately I ended up with a great house very close to town with land, and my two big dogs have lots of space. Sue was very friendly, understood the quirks of Vermont real estate, and wanted to get me the best deal. She was very attentive to the inspection process as well, and I felt like I had a thorough understanding of everything from start to finish. Thanks, Sue!"

"As a first-time Home buyer, Sue took everything that I assumed would be very stressful and scary to someone who has no experience in real estate and made the experience stress-free. She was a pleasure to work with and is integral, honest, and hardworking. I would highly recommend Sue to anyone!"

"Between us, my husband and I have worked with 12 real estate agents over the years. We have never had an agent as conscientious and communicative as Sue. This is our second experience with her: once as a buyer and once as a seller. Throughout the whole journey, we felt we were in the best of hand..."

"Between us, my husband and I have worked with 12 real estate agents over the years. We have never had an agent as conscientious and communicative as Sue. This is our second experience with her: once as a buyer and once as a seller. Throughout the whole journey, we felt we were in the best of hands. We have already recommended her to a friend who is selling. We've also begged her to get an NY license so she can represent us for the properties we own in that state. Sue is head and shoulders above any agent we have ever worked with!"
