Sue is a dedicated real estate professional with a keen eye for detail and a natural ability to understand her client's needs, even when they can’t fully express them. Her background as a former member of The National Ballet of Canada and her extensive Broadway career, including roles in Phantom of the Opera, Cats, Showboat, and Ragtime, helped her develop discipline, trustworthiness, and a strong work ethic. These traits led to her promotion to Dance Captain, Swing, and eventually Resident Director for several productions.
After relocating to Vergennes, VT in 2004, Sue and her husband ran a successful bed and breakfast, The Emerson Guest House, for 18 years. In addition to her work in real estate, she’s actively involved in her community, serving as the Secretary for the Vergennes Opera House and supporting local initiatives like the John Graham Shelter.
With her empathetic approach, Sue makes the process of buying or selling a home smoother for her clients, offering clear communication and expert guidance every step of the way.
